Why this workshop:
It is not strange to see people, in spite of a good salary and secure job, haunted by the dilemma: Am I doing the right thing? Or is this what I am supposed to do? For others, the question pops up during economic downturns when the uncertainty reaches a new high. For many, it is simply a mid-career introspection.
Aligning talent pool is also an organizational nightmare especially now. Imagine having more people with clarity on what they are really passionate about. Itcan take organization performance to a completely new level.
And finally, imagine a world where more people are doing things because they truly love it. Perhaps the only set of people really worried might be doctors.
This workshop creates a platform for individuals to address the question. What is my real work?. in a meaningful way and help them find their own path to move on.
Expected outcomes:
Clarity of one's desired future in many facets of life.
Clarity of the meaning one is seeking and personal preferences.
Clarity about internal blocks and leverages in relation to the desired future.
A short-term prototype of the road map towards the desired future.

Feedback from participants of a previous workshop:
"This workshop was especially helpful to me in enforcing the following 3 things:
(1) The importance of "holding on" to the truth.
(2) The importance of taking small, but deliberate. steps towards my desired future.
(3) The importance of doing something transformational, however small, at the end of this workshop. Thank you for a wonderful and enriching 3 days"
"Great revelation into myself. Programme flow was just right to build self awareness and allowed revelation to emerge by itself. I am amazed by the fact that all answers were within me and I was looking for them all these years. The fact that I chose to attend the programme was also because of one of my STRENGTHS, which got revealed through this workshop. Thanks for the experience"
"It was worth the time and money not in a dramatic and superlative kind of way but in a quiet, .makes good sense. kind of way. The pace was right, the exercises especially initially (first day) could be sharper and more productive in bringing us into the introspective stage. (Given all the VoJs, VoCs, VoFs on full effect, this was needed.) It was very valuable to do this programme with a close friend"
"The questions, the issues in my mind, the future that I desire, the blocks, the abilities that I have were already thought through different stages of time before I came for this workshop. The answers were there! But, what this workshop did was ask the right questions. Put a structure to questioning myself so that my answers have a flow, an order, and most importantly implementability"
"One of the important contributors to my thinking in this workshop was the conversations I had with people whom I had to share my thoughts after each exercise. Listening to others, listening to their perceptions and analysis of my thought was enjoyable and helpful"
Methodology:
This workshop will be introspective and reflective in nature, not a trainer-driven program. It will draw concepts and methods from "Fifth Discipline" "Theory U", Eastern meditations and many other behavioral concepts. This workshop is non-intrusive in nature.
